A yoga class for those who are wanting a little extra push! Power Yoga is a great way to strengthen and tone, all while utilizing the mindfulness of traditional (and some nontraditional!) yoga poses. Session 1 (January 13-March 8, 2019): Thursday, 5:15-6:15 PM and Friday, 12:15-1:00 PM in McGee Cente Room 220.
