This high-energy martial-arts inspired (boxing, karate, taekwondo, and many more) workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Release your inner warrior while toning your entire body! Session 1 (January 13-March 8, 2019): Tuesday, 5:00-5:45 PM in McGee Center Room 222, and Thursday, 6:30-7:15 PM in McGee Center Room 222.
