A feel “happy” workout that is fun and easy to do. Routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to shape your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor, exhilarating music, and international zest into the mix and you’ve got ZUMBA! Session 1 (January 13-March 8, 2019): Monday, 5:15-6:15 PM in McGee Center Room 220, Tuesday, 6:00-6:45 PM in McGee Center Room 222, Wednesday, 7:00-8:00 PM in McGee Center Room 222, Thursday, 5:15-6:15 PM in McGee Center Room 222, and Sunday, 6:00-7:00 PM in McGee Center Room 220.
